I too wish for a smaller nasel setup. The Activa mask sits on my upper lip and fills out to well above my brow line. The strap configuration slides right off the top of my head. I resort to using 'twistie ties" to anchor the straps together. It seems that a lot of money could be made by companies and saved by female users if the size issue could be addressed.
