Men make up the majority of CPAP patients, so most mask will be oriented towards males. However, women are enough of the market to deserve serious consideration. I would also suggest that women may tend less towards SA, but also are underrepresented in the diagnosed population as OSA is still - erroneously -perceived to be a male disease.
