The AEIOMed Everest Aura has an opptional attachable battery pack. The new BreatheX CPAP (looks like a large neck pillow) is made for travel and comes with a built in battery. Both Respironics and Puritan Bennett sell a battery pack for use with CPAP. I am not sure about the PB but the Respironics battery will work with other manufactures equipment with the right adapters.
