I would like to see a CPAP manufactured that does not need to be titrated.

This device would automatically titrate with each breath and adjust accordingly to clear any obstruction. This would prevent everyone from needing to get re-titrated and adjust if the person gained or lost weight.

Plus, it could continue efficacy if there was a small leak during the night because the pressure would adjust accordingly.
