I have been using the BIPAP for a few years now and used the CPAP for about 8 years. The masks all stunk to me (soft or more rigid ones). The best product on the market is the mirage swift 2. Its soft and sits at the base of your nose. No tight straps to give you neck aches bad headaches.
The breeze does a great job as well but is not as flexible, the spine is made of cheap plastic and breaks often (i went through 5 or 6 plastic spines, before moving on to the mirage).
Hope this helps! I have actually just had the MMA surgery and recovering at week 3.
