Just to report. I rode in an overnight train from Moscow to St. Petersburg. There was an electric socket in my cabin (standard Russian type socket, 220 volts, 50 hertz). I plugged my machine in with only an adapter for the shape of the socket. The CPAP worked just fine then and afterwards. For the record it’s an F&P HC-233.
