I recently placed a male pt. in his early 70's on CPAP for OSA. He is on a pressure of 9cm H2O. He is complaining of bloating and discomfort from CPAP. He seems to be swallowing air while on CPAP. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this type of problem?
Thanks
