One of the best references for your question is acturally the AASM Bulletin from Winter 2002

Now each of the procedures has a professional component (26) and a technical component (TC). I don;t really think the values vary much by LOCATION of the site. However, if you OWN your site then you will get the combination of both the professional and the technical billing.

The codes are:

MSLT (95805)
Sleep Study (unattended) (95806)
Sleep Study (attended) (95807)
Polysomnography (1-3 sleep parameters with tech) (95808)
Polysomnography (4+ parameters of sleep with tech) (95810)
Polysomnogramphy (with CPAP) 95811

There are also seperate codes for nocturnal positive pressure ventilation/ BiPAP (94656).

There are some sneaky billing tricks suggested in an issue of Pulmonary Coding Aler (Vol2, No 9, pages 65-7).

Hopefully this helps.
