We all would agree that the new Medicare requiriments to obtain CPAP are good but I see a problem with some patients. If a patient has low SPO2's, maybe just during REM, and I put O2 on them then I may compromise the ability to qualify because they won't desat with the hypopneas. Any ideas, protocols, etc.?
