I know these messages were posted awhile ago, but I'd like to add that I'm a patient who's been on tramadol for RLS for a year now and out of everything I've tried, (codeine, darvocet, klonopin, mirapex), this works the best! The only downside is since I've been taking it so long I now get worse RLS (or withdrawal) when I don't take it. As a result, I'm taking 3-4 50 mg pills a day. Still, it beats the RLS every time!
