Hello, I'm just now finding this site. I was reading about the periodic leg movement syndrome because I think my husband may have this. I saw your questions and I can answer the one on Ultram. Yes, it is extremely habit forming. They told me it wasn't {Doctors} and now 4 years later I'm still taking it, so is my sister and we have bad withdrawals when we don't take it. It made us feel like we had so much energy, this is why we kept taking it. I take it for back pain. We gradually had to take more to get it to help. Now I take 6 or more a day. My sister takes more than that. Please, don't take it if you don't have to. I don't know the long term affects, but I they can't be good. Good luck.
