My training in sleep disorders taught me that frequent sleep paralysis is extrodinarily rare outside of narcolepsy, and very common in narcolepsy. Go to the National Sleep Foundation link on the forum homepage. Search for Narcolepsy. See a physician trained in neurology and/or sleep disorders. NOTE: Sleep Paralysis once or twice in a lifetime DOES NOT equal Narcolepsy.
