Try www.yes.ucla.edu This will get you to the Brain Information Service, a fantastic resource for references to sleep articles in professional journals. Also, you can find references to, if not the actual text of, many articles from around the world in the MEDIA section of the National Sleep Foundation's web site at www.sleepfoundation.org. Yes, Minnesota has even had debate in the legislature on this, and possibly even passed a resolution encouraging schools to consider circadian factors.
