No PEP in the Morning any suggestions?

Posted by Charlene on December 04, 1997 at 12:02:21:

Does anyone have any ideas to offer/help me?
I haven't began treatment for my Narcolespy, but
will tommorow(12-5-97)just now got the med filled
but that's another story on its own.
Have some difficulty getting up in the morning.
This was never a problem for me before not till now it only seems to get worse. Now not only do
I sleep in my classes I sleep right through them
in bed..I never make it up. I either hit the snooze for 45 min or more, or turn the alarm off
w/o realizing it..or I've even slept through my alarm for 30min it's right next to my ear...
This frustrates me...I can harldly keep up
with assigments the way it is now...college doesn't ness show mercy to those who sleep!!
Has anyone suffered with this problem? Any suggestions? I've tried the alarm across the room
HA..no help... I'm rather disappointed in myself
I used to pride myself on being up and ready to go
I am an early bird... but lately...I might as well
as forget about it.
Thanks for your help!
Charlene
