Sounds a lot like me pre-treatment. After my polysomnograph testing (easy to do), they found that I had MILD sleep apnea, and MODERATE Restless Leg Syndrome. These are separate causative factors for sleep deprivation and tend to be additive in nature.

You could have multiple causative factors for your sleep deficit; none of which are so overt that you or others might notice anything during your sleep. I'd take one of the self-assessment tests (I like the one at http://www.sleep-saca.com because it self-scores and gives some differential indications of what specific sleep disorder may be present), and seek the advice of a sleep medicine professional if it is indicated. The sleep study is not that hard to do, and the payoff in quality of life can be dramatic once proper treatment can be obtained.
