Apnea/Night sweats

I notice some have had experience with night sweats. I have been unable to sleep through the night without waking several times with the back of my head drenched with sweat and a wet pillow.
I've been diagnosed with apnea, but have not been able to get treatment due to lack of insurance coverage for sleep disorders. Any suggestions?
