sleep problems..hormonal?

Posted by Janice on December 08, 1997 at 08:49:23:

I am 45 and have begun to have frequent nights of intense, vivid dreams and constantly waking up. I have been sweating too. I take Paxil (anti-depressant). I do 10 minutes of breathing excersizes each night, which puts me to sleep, but then I am tortured on 4 nights out of 7 with these dreams and wakefullness. I believe it is a hormonal problem. I am feeling just awful today!
