Read posting just a few above yours about sleep apnea and sweating. Bottom line sleep apnea is usually accompanied by sweating. It also affects the heart rhythm and has been linked to hypertension. You should be checked out by a sleep specialist. Once treated most of the problems created by sleep apnea will go away including sweating, cardiac dysrhythmias, and hypertension.
