If you're not actually taking anything just now try to keep it
that way. If you must take something consider quick-acting
short half-life stuff like zolpidem. Less addictive (probably)
and hangover should go away quicker. Regular Benzo's, and in fact any kind of sleep medication can end you up worse
off than when you started.
