Swallowing air,then having tremendous amounts of gas and belching is a sign that the CPAP pressure is too high. Have you been losing weight or has anything improved your airway since you were placed on CPAP? Was the pressure you are on now tested with an overnight sleep study? How long did you sleep with the pressure you are on now during that sleep study? Follow-up with your Sleep Center is in order.
