MY DREAMS ARE WEARING ME OUT!

Posted by niki myers on December 10, 1997 at 09:31:24:

I am a senior in High school and my sleeping habits are virtually normal. I am under stress over a recent break-up with a long-time boyfriend, so that could be a contributor to my problems. I usually have 4 or 5 vivid, convoluted, dream sequences every night. I remember them all. They are not nightmares, but they are extremely bizarre and disturbing. I wake up in the morning and feel like I haven't slept. I often dream pleasantly about my ex-boyfriend,making matters worse because I wake up in the morning and realize that it was only a dream. Is this behavior normal? Is there anything I can do about these dreams?
