Narcolepsy medications

I am 25 years old and was diagnosed with narcolepsy almost 10 years ago.I have been treated with Cylert, Ritalin & Dexexdrine as well as over a dozen antidressants and Xanax for my narcolepsy. I would like to know if any newer Rx/alternative meds are available. Also, please tell me if you know of a support group in the Birmingham,AL area.
