I just switched from Prozac, a Paxil relative, to Serzone which works in a different way. It too is an anti-depressant, but it has the added benefit of promoting REM sleep. I have been sleeping -much- better since switching to Serzone. You may not be taking Paxil for depression, but anxiety instead. I am not sure of the therapeutic benefits of Serzone on anxiety, although I would guess it would help. Ask your physician's advice.
