Insomnia

Posted by Scott Bell on December 11, 1997 at 12:27:20:

For the past 5 years I have had a severe case of insomnia which has led me to states of anxiety which has lead to fitful nights of terrible sleeplessness. For the last 3 mos. I've been sleeping well on 3 mg. Klonopin along w/150 mg.Elavil. This combo has worked extremely well. I have tried countless other meds.but this is the best! The trouble is now I'm having insomnia again. It's like I've become resistant to these meds. Is this possible?
I've been to countless Doctors and Therapists and am sick and tired(and broke). I think this problem is chemical in nature. Do you agree? If so what is your advice. Thank you very much.
