My experience (13 years in a Sleep Disorders Center) shows many patients with reduced BP after Sleep Apnea is effectively treated. DO NOT reduce or alter you BP meds on your own though. As Sandman points out, the exact results of treatment for you, as opposed to our general statements, must be seen prior to changing anything as important as BP treatment. Take your physician's advice and follow up with them to assess the results before you change any meds.
