Sinus congestion and runny nose, etc. is a very common side effect of CPAP. It's often helped as John mentioned, by moistening the sinuses. Consult with the Sleep Center/Physician/Home Care company she's been working with for help. This is so common a problem that I'm sure they have strategies prepared for dealing with it. Above all, it is treatable! It'd be a shame to discontinue CPAP over this problem.
