See sleep link pages at top of forum, find the link with pictures and diagrams of the anatomy of apnea. Been in the field for 13 years and have yet to hear from anyone of exercises to help tone muscles of the throat or palate as treatment. Would make a great master's or doctoral thesis for someone.
