I am going to have a suspected case of apnea checked out at an accredited sleep disorders clinic. This is prompted by a number of things, including what seems to be fibromyalgia, one of those nondiagnosable syndromes that manifests as radiating muscle pain and is associated with lack of deep sleep. I see an acupuncturist and I wonder if anyone out there has had any success "marrying" their so-called alternative health practices with standard Western treatments of apnea, etc.
