dreaming all night

I seem to spend most of the night dreaming to the point where even if I sleep through the night which is not very often, I still am exausted in the daytime. Other people I've spoken to either claim they don't dream or they remember very few, if any. Mine I remember vividly most times. I also get a lot of dreams on the same theme and almost always my dreams are scary or at the least frustrating(I have a lot where I can't find things I'm looking for). Does anyone else have this problem? I am so tired.
