Everyone dreams but usually you only remember your dreams if you wake up during the dream. So I would expect that you are having many arousals during REM. You should take one the SleepNet's Sleep Test on the Sleep Links page. See how you score. Being tired is a symptom and the test can help you to determine what's going on. Let me know how you score.
