I am not a doctor and cannot help you with the high blood pressure part but please check all the options before getting the UPPP, I did have the surgery and after
two weeks of very painful recovery (I can now say I have had every flavor Jello has to offer) I still have the Apnea and am working with CPAP to get some help.
