I have had RLS since I was a child - I am now 30 and have just been diagnosed with this problem (after years and years of getting strange looks from doctors). My doctor told me to take Benadryl (over the counter allergy medicine) a couple of hours before bedtime. He said no one knows why it settles the legs - but it does - and I can confirm that! The last three nights have been wonderful. Let me know how this works - Merry Christmas!
