Longer Sleeper

Posted by Scott Barnard on December 21, 1997 at 11:22:42:

Hello:
My wife sleeps in excess of twelve hours daily, and only with this amount-"normal" for her, can she feel she's had enough. She feels she is a 'light sleeper' and needs this amount. As her husband, it's causing a bit of stress for me, seeing her much less than if she slept 7-9 or so.
Is this something that can/should/could be altered?
any help welcome-

Sincerely,
Scott Barnard
