It is best not to exercise in the evening it can keep you from falling asleep. Exercise in the morning is best. It also sounds like you are sleeping very lightly. Something could be going on. Just for good measure try the Take the Sleep Test at the top of the Sleep Links page on SleepNet. See how you score and let us know.
