Search the FORUM1 and FORUM2 for many comments on nasal congestion and runny nose, stuffy nose etc. This could be a side effect of the CPAP, related to the drying effect of all taht air going up your nose. AFRIN is NOT recommended by my sleep center's physicians, they DO recommend saline nasal spray (same thing without any medication in it. Also, humidify the air. Consult yur CPAP provider and sleep center. This is an extremely common side effect and they can guide you through it.
