Hi! I have been getting a similar response from the medical community including. The advice of "you just need to wake up on time!" is the equivelent of telling an insomniac that "you just need to get some sleep!" That much we know, without having to spend thousands on professional advice. My inconsistant sleeping habits continue to create a problem. For me, sleeping 10-12 hours a day is a burden, especially when combined with the fact that I'm never sure when those hours might occur...employers do enjoy it if you arrive at work within a certain time frame. I will be watching to see how you do...maybe I'll have some luck too.
