Glenn, you are definately NOT falling asleep because your oxygen level got too low, the body just doesn't work that way. You fall asleep at your desk because of fatigue, lack of enough refreshing sleep. Just why you are fatigued is a subject for your sleep physician. Have you told your physician that despite your diagnosis of sleep apnea (I assume treatment of it too) you still fall asleep when you didn't intend to? GET THEE TO THY PHYSICIAN before you fall asleep at the wheel and kill someone.
