Stay with it a little longer. Maybe another two weeks before you feel really used to the machine, nasal pillows, etc. The tissue at the end of the nose will "toughen up" as you get used to the pillows, but in the meantime do not overtighten the straps. The pilows should not be so tight as to pull your nose up. A common error is to tighten them too much. Stay in touch with your supplier, as they have probably heard about this quite often. Ask them to put you in tough with a local support group, or search at the top of the forum for patient support groups from A.W.A.K.E. and the ASAA. (AWake Alert and Keeping Energetic) (American Sleep Apnea Association)
