talking/moaning

Posted by Mark on December 30, 1997 at 11:26:52:

I found a few posting regarding talking in your sleep. Apparently I moan quite loudly while sleeping (my wife recently started sleeping on the couch). I would hazard a guess that the moaning is actually talking I'm just too deeply asleep to form words. After 1 or 2 (or more) alcoholic drinks, the moaning is much worse and usually lasts most of the night. Possible causes: waveless waterbed, 12 hours work days (computer work), higher room temperature then I would like (marriage is a compromise!). Are talking and moaning the same thing? Is talking/moaning in your sleep only caused by stress? Simple solutions without changing any of the above factors would be greatly appreciated.
