Please don't take chances driving while drowsy. The statititcs on the mortality of drivers who fall asleep at the wheel are very bad, and all who share the road with them, as passengers or fellow motorists are put at risk as well.
If you tend to get sleepy for no apparent reason during critical tasks, you would serve yourself well to have your sleep health evaluated, and, if necessary, treated.
