Therein lies my problem. If it isn't gas reflux and isn't emotional..what is it? I don't drink coffee before bed, eat sugar..etc I have tried all the "suggestions" of well meaning friends and professionals re: try reading a gardening book before bed, warm milk, meds...etc to no avail.

Altho I tend to have bouts of insomnia...I don't generally have trouble falling asleep (takes between 1/2-1 hour which is normal for me)..I have trouble staying asleep. And of course there are times when stress plays a part in my inability to fall asleep.

Doc said it may be fibromyalgia...but who knows.
