central sleep apnea - low oxygen and depression

Posted by Mary Beth Hughes on December 31, 1997 at 21:54:07:

I have recently diagnosed with central sleep apnea (stop breathing when unconscious - no obstructions). My oxygen levels drop to the kow 80's upon exertion, I also was born with strabismus in both eyes and have suffered from depression for years. I am SO sleepy, have eye "headaches" and and loosing desires fto do "daily things. I am on oxygen (getting better levels) and taking prozac.
I am looking for a specialist to help me in Houston.

Thanks,
Mary Beth Hughes
