Just a thought: Work on curing the sleepyness instead of legal avenues, and you'll probably be able to keep your job. I had the same problem because of typeII. Crank up the exercise, get some caffene if you have to, loose weight. This will help your apnea also, and you'll live longer. Work on your health, or you may win a legal battle, and loose your life.
