talking in my sleep

Posted by Michelle on January 02, 1998 at 12:12:33:

I know that most of you would not consider my problem a sleep disorder, but apparently I awaken my fiance several times during the night with my incessant rambling. I will carry a conversation with anyone who talks to me and discuss superfluous things.

My question is, does anyone out there know of something I can do to curtail my talking in my sleep??? My fiance is really losing a lot of sleep over this problem. I guess you could say he is the one with the sleep disorder (manifested in me).

Thanks!!
