arms falling asleep

Posted by viv on January 06, 1998 at 08:37:02:

This problem is getting worse and worse. When I go to sleep, no matter what position, the blood flow to my arms past my elbows almost completely stops. I wake up because the pain is so intense and I have hold my arms down so that the blood will flow back into them. This wakes me up every hour or so and I have to change positions. Anyone else have this problem and does anyone know what to do about it?
