Dorothy, I have been suffering from Restless Leg Syndrome due to bad stress for over 2 years and am pretty desperate for sleep. Recently I bought a book, that may also have some answers for you. "The SLEEP Rx, 75 Proven Ways to Get a Good Night's Sleep by Norman Ford. I found it at Barnes and Nobles. While I can't comment on your "bubble" problem, I know that improper sleep can do all kinds of things to a person. I feel that the answer is in Exercise, Relaxation Techniques, Imagery, all these things have been very helpful. If you tell your mind something long enough, it will accept it as truth !! I tell myself constantly I FEEL GREAT ! And you know, I do? The nights are lousy, but once I am up and about and had my exercise, I function a full day feeling great ! Also have been in a Ti Chi class for going on 2 years. Great stuff !! I hope I have helped. Don't have an E-mail address of my own, but hope to read your further comment some time soon. Good Luck !
