The best help you can get is to get yourself to a sleep medicine specialist and get a sleep study done. Your daytime behavior has strong indications of chronic sleep deprivation.
I was diagnosed with two different sleep disorders (obstructive sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome). Neither was directly detectable through anyone observing me at night; I'm not a heavy snorer, and the thrashing around and kicking off bedclothes did not upset anyone enough. The problem is: multiple mild problems can add up to serious sleep deprivation, since the effects tend to be additive.
Resist the urge to self-diagnose yourself. Narcolepsy is one of many causes for sleep deprivation, but is more recognized because of its dramatic behavioral nature. It is also comparatively rare compared with obstructive or central sleep apnea in occurrence.
