OPAP = plastic CPAP mouthpiece

Does anyone have any information on OPAP or Oral
Positive Airway Pressure device. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It was on a PBS station aired on a program called Breakthrough. It eliminates the need for head straps, etc. Thanks
