Dr. Pelayo,

I have a follow-up with my general M.D. (He's the one who ordered the CPAP, etc.) on January 27. Will that be soon enough or should I try to get in sooner? Can pulmonary hypertension get worse that fast?

I feel a little silly right now because I haven't seen any specialist yet - only my M.D. (who's an Intern). Should I ask for a specialist?
