The reason I take both meds is that I've found that it works the best. I have seen a sleep PhD. and he says I have performance anxiety. I have tried many meds and none have seemed to work as well as 150mg amitrityline and 3 mg Klonopin. I just wish there would be some "magic bullet" invented so I wouldn't have to keep becoming tolerant to meds.
